What is TRE®?

Wouldn’t it be great if we could just lie back, not have to think or talk about what happened to us, and let our body find its own reset instead?

TRE®  is a body-based practice.  It uses the body’s natural tremor reflex to release deeply held muscular tension.  This release encourages the body to shift  into a more resourced state, promoting a sense of grounded relaxation.
