What is clinical hypnotherapy?
Clinical hypnotherapy is a therapeutic practice that uses hypnosis to relax the conscious mind and access the subconscious mind. By encouraging a deeply relaxed state, hypnotherapy allows us to bypass our conscious barriers and tap into the subconscious [our inner world], where our limiting beliefs, unhelpful patterns, and reactions reside.
What is NLP?
Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) is a set of techniques and strategies that focus on how our thoughts, language, emotions and behaviours are connected. It’s a way to train our brains to recognise and change patterns of thinking, feeling and behaving that may be holding us back.
NLP helps us understand how our minds work, and with therapeutic techniques it is possible to overcome limiting beliefs, negative thought patterns and develop coping strategies to manage stress and anxiety.
